Exercises to recover your energy.


- Mom, lie down, I will cure you of the cold you have... We will do this every 2 hours - Yannis told me.

I lay down obediently. My head ached, my runny nose made it impossible to breathe. My son's voice was warm, but stern, commanding. And the energy of the Universe was radiating.. I felt relief, the pains were gone.


I share it with you, dear moms and dads! The exercises from my son are amazingly therapeutic. He "received" the names of each exercise from Above.


1) Aidu: Sit in a comfortable position for you. Stretch your arms at chest height, palms forward, fingers up. Start with both hands twisting slowly clockwise. With this movement, energy is gained. Do this for 1 minute.


2) Tucadu: Arms stretched out at chest level, fingers up. Static posture. Smooth inhalations and exhalations. All lost energy returns to you. Do this for 1 minute.


3) Akenain: Sit on the mat, legs in semi-lotus position. The left palm rests on the floor, the right hand is extended forward at the level of the chest, the palm faces forward. While in this position, you see your future. Do this for 1 minute.


4) Berlos: Lie back and relax. Your breathing is calm. Your future begins to be envisioned. You see yourself in a new day: your feelings are happy, your actions kind. Start filling your new day with pure vibrations.
