The gluteal muscles play an important role in human health. You may have noticed that turning the body to the right or to the left works differently for everyone: in one direction it is easy, but in the other it is difficult. The same difference occurs during leg raises and during other exercises.


So - it's all about the glutes.


For example, the right gluteus maximus muscle is poorly developed, it is weak, so the right ilium is elevated. From here - pain in the lower back, sciatic nerve and scoliosis of the spine begins.

If you leave everything as it is, then over time, around 50, you will experience the destruction of the hip or knee joint. 


And the main reason is a stretched, undeveloped gluteus maximus muscle.
