Now many write about the conscious Path. It has even become fashionable.
But how do you develop mindfulness? How does it manifest itself? What is awareness anyway?
Simply put, awareness is an understanding of what kind of world we live in, who “rules” us, what is happening to us.
Understanding the causes of emotional reactions - anger, criticism, resentment - the awakening person shows his awareness, counteracting negative reactions.
It is precisely by understanding the source of the appearance of reactions that a person must train himself not to be led by his emotions and thoughts, but to systematically, step by step, build his behavior according to the knowledge that he has received. Knowledge will help him manage his emotions, teach him to really work out aggressive reactions - leveling them or transforming them into harmonious ones.
This is how a person manifests his awareness.
For example, you are immersed in everyday problems or matters related to family, work. If you are conscious, if you have the knowledge of awareness, then you understand that it is impossible to plunge headlong into problems, but it is extremely necessary to continue to engage in your personal transformation. This is how willpower works. You return to the daily routine, where there is enough time for working with yourself, and for everyday life, for the family. That is, you show your awareness.
But indulging his laziness, showing reactions of anger, resentment, condemnation of everything and everyone, totally immersing himself in his social duties, a person does not follow a conscious path, but gradually falls asleep.
So where do you need to go?
Think about it.
