Practical ways to awake

Observing one's state gradually leads a person to the moment when he notices that he is practically constantly in his thoughts, memories, experiences, anxiety, fear, about the past and future. But unfortunately, he does not attach importance to personal being in himself, in the silence of the mind, in awareness of himself at that moment, aware of himself as an entity.


When a person comes to the insight that he is constantly somewhere there, and not here, and this insight happens extremely rarely, then he begins to gradually understand that practically all the time he is in a dream, under the influence of programs, reactions, thoughts, external factors, forgetting to remember about yourself.



And if he starts constantly working on himself, awakening himself, his consciousness, he will notice how often he falls into sleep.



The action of such work on oneself creates a certain conglomerate of neural networks, which helps him to awaken more and more often and observe both himself, studying the unstudied himself, and the world around him, created by the Lord of the Worlds.


A practical way to awaken is:


-Make your movements slower, observing how your body moves.


-Say something at a slightly slower pace, observing what and how it is pronounced


-Eat more slowly, being aware of what you are consuming.
