This difference becomes clear when you are able

to be well aware of everything that happens in the respective parts of your being. It is very easy to understand and explain what mental fear is.


Mental fear is caused by your thoughts.

When you are faced with the risk of contracting a serious disease, you start thinking about it, how contagious this disease is, and "what if I get infected and how scary it is" and "what should I do now and what do I need to do to not get infected …” And now your mind is already seized with fear, worrying thoughts are spinning in it: what will happen tomorrow? and not from now on.


Vital fear is associated with feelings and sensations.

Imagine that you are in a situation where it is very cold, you sweat just thinking that you can freeze from the cold, you experience different unpleasant sensations. Then you feel your heart start to beat faster, you start shaking, the fever rises, the blood runs cold in your veins and you start to freeze.


As for physical fear, it becomes accessible to perception only when you manage to get rid of the fear of the first two types, which are usually much easier to notice and realize. But they are the ones who hide the manifestations of physical fear from you, so that only by freeing yourself from them, you will be able to understand what the fear of the body is, to feel it. It is a kind of tremor, a small tremor that you transmit throughout the body and penetrates the cells. But, of course, this is not at all the same as a heartbeat. It is the cells themselves that experience fear in the form of a small, rapid tremor. It is very difficult to overcome.


But it is possible...


It is good to take control of your mental, vital and physical condition in your own hands, because when a person is afraid, he loses life energy. To begin with, start thinking only positively, don't allow bad thoughts to appear in your mind. Then work on yourself. Personal prayers are just as helpful.


Also, the "Favour" meditation, which we do daily, is favorable for overcoming fears, but also for filling you with energy. There are clearly more powerful techniques you can use to collect energy, but these are taught in private lessons to those who really want to learn.
